The credit cards accept are only Visa or American Express or cash.

Credit cards guarantee is required to confirm your booking. We don’t take a deposit but in case of your cancellation 14 days before your arrival, will be charge a 20% fee of the total stay (minimum one day).

The booked rooms are held until 2.00 p.m. o’ clock of the arrival day. In case of delay if you don’t advice us we will consider the room vacant.

During some weekends of spring and autumn there will be craft courses such as patchwork, country painting, dolls and animal maker and few other different hobbies, thanks to Claudia of C’era una volta... Courses will be free, only the materials will be charged, and a special present to partner: a bottle of lovely Bardolino wine.
